TP-50-1v2 Dispensing System
This project is one of Gladwave Technology key research and development achievements in recent years. It focuses on stable material transfer, precision metering, and highly reliable filling technologies for high-viscosity, high-value materials used in mass-production processes.
During the development phase, our engineering team conducted systematic analysis and achieved critical technological breakthroughs to address common challenges of existing equipment in high-viscosity applications, including production bottlenecks, unstable dosing accuracy, and insufficient long-term operational reliability.
The resulting system fully supports high-value material packaging formats such as Japanese- and U.S.-standard cartridges as well as syringe-type containers, and has been successfully implemented in mass-production environments at multiple publicly listed chemical material manufacturers.
The equipment has also passed stringent process validation requirements from leading global advanced-process semiconductor manufacturing customers, meeting Tier-1 semiconductor process standards.
Compared with existing U.S.-made equipment, the dispensing and filling system developed under this project enables customers to achieve more than a threefold increase in overall production capacity under high-viscosity material conditions, while maintaining high-precision metering control and process consistency.
This effectively enhances production efficiency and process reliability, delivering strong industrial competitiveness.
Designed and manufactured entirely in Taiwan, this R&D achievement is integrated with responsive local technical service. It is particularly well suited for the metered dispensing and filling of thermal interface materials, polymer resins, and various other high-viscosity materials.
It has become a flagship project representing Gladwave Technology advanced manufacturing equipment R&D capabilities.
